Flanagan Foodservice Recognized for Excellence in Customer Service

May 21, 2008-A & W Foodservices of Canada Inc. has awarded Flanagan Foodservice Inc. with the A & W Award of Excellence. For the second year in a row, the distributor was presented with two Awards of Excellence for their distribution centers in Ontario.

The A & W Award of Excellence recognizes outstanding service provided to the chain by one of their distributor partners. Every year A & W Foodservices of Canada Inc. conducts an extensive survey of franchisees and suppliers. The results indicate how franchisees value the level of service they receive and the quality of relationships that exist throughout the business.

"To qualify for an award, distributors must attain a very aggressive score. With only three awards being presented this year, Flanagan's is extremely proud of having two distribution centers chosen for Awards of Excellence" said Barry Reid, National Accounts Manager, Flanagan Foodservice Inc.
