
Food safety is a core value of Flanagan Foodservice.
The Food Safety team vigilantly monitors a detailed food safety program that includes regular staff training, recall program and third party temperature monitoring. All distribution centres must meet and exceed comprehensive requirements that ensure all aspects of the business are protected.
Flanagan Foodservice Kitchener is HACCP accredited by the Guelph Food Technology Centre (GFTC) and the American Institute of Baking (AIB) International. The facility goes through an unannounced Good Distribution Audit as well as a HACCP audit on a yearly basis.
