Beef Mandarin Orange Stir-Fry

2.2lb 1kg Quality Selection Canadian AA/AAA Inside Round
1/2c 125ml Transalpine Soya Sauce
1c 250ml Sunpac Orange Juice
1/2tsp 2ml Club House Ground Ginger
1/2tsp 2ml Club House Garlic Powder
2 2 Red Onions, sliced
2cups 500ml Mushrooms, sliced
2 2 Green Peppers, med., sliced
1/4c 50ml Bunge Vegetable Oil
4c 1L Snowpeas Snipped (Special Order)
2c 500ml Carbotrol Mandarin Oranges, drained
1/4c 50ml Ground Corn Starch

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut beef into thin strips. Marinate beef in Soya sauce, orange juice, ginger and garlic powder, Marinade for 45 min. Drain, reserving marinade. Heat oil in large skillet or wok. Add onions, snow peas, mushrooms and green peppers. Stir-fry vegetables uncovered 2 min. or until tender-crisp. Remove vegetables from pan. Stir-fry beef until browned. Return vegetables, marinade and add stir in Corn Starch to cooked beef. Heat until thickened.
