Beef Mandarin Orange Stir-Fry

| 2cups 500ml | Mushrooms, sliced |
| 2 2 | Green Peppers, med., sliced |
| 1/4c 50ml | Bunge Vegetable Oil |
| 4c 1L | Snowpeas Snipped (Special Order) |
| 2c 500ml | Carbotrol Mandarin Oranges, drained |
| 1/4c 50ml | Ground Corn Starch |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut beef into thin strips. Marinate beef in Soya sauce, orange juice, ginger and garlic powder, Marinade for 45 min. Drain, reserving marinade. Heat oil in large skillet or wok. Add onions, snow peas, mushrooms and green peppers. Stir-fry vegetables uncovered 2 min. or until tender-crisp. Remove vegetables from pan. Stir-fry beef until browned. Return vegetables, marinade and add stir in Corn Starch to cooked beef. Heat until thickened.
