| 3.5 oz | ED Smith Shanghai Stir Fry Sauce |
| 1 | Green onion fan |
INSTRUCTIONS
Skewer 3 meatballs each onto 2 skewers and heat to internal temperature of 165°F.
Toss noodles with 3 oz of heated Shanghai Stir Fry Sauce. Place noodles on plate and garnish with chopped peppers. Place meatball skewers over noodles, garnish with green onion fan. Pour remaining sauce over meatballs.
