
Breakfast Burritos with Inspiration Cheese Sauce
| 400g | Ground Pork or Pork Breakfast Sausage Meat |
| 210g | Onions, finely diced |
| 20ml | Inspiration Condiment Mix for Meat |
| 60g | Good Quality Margarine or Butter |
| 6 | Large eggs, beaten |
| 10ml | Inspiration Condiment Mix for Fish, Salads & Vegetables |
| 600ml | Inspiration Instant Cheese Sauce |
| 10 x 6" | Soft burritos |
To prepare the meat filling:
1. On high heat, cook ground pork or pork breakfast sausage meat. Add onions and season with Inspiration Condiment Mix for Meat. Reserve hot or cold for service.
To prepare the egg filling:
1. On medium heat, cook the beaten eggs in margarine or butter and season with the Inspiration Condiment Mix for Fish, Salads & Vegetables.
2. If cooled, chop up the eggs for service, heat up in a microwave.
To prepare the sauce:
1. Prepare the Inspiration Instant Cheese Sauce according to package directions. Keep warm.
To assemble the burrito:
1. Lay a burrito shell flat and stuff with 1/10th each of meat stuffing, cheese sauce and scrambled eggs.
2. Roll up, tucking in the ends first and then roll in a microwaveable wrapping.
3. Reserve refrigerated until ready to use.
4. Heat up in a microwave.
