Quantity Description
1.5 Quarts Inspiration Hollandaise Sauce
10 each English Muffins
3.5 tbsp New Dundee Salted Butter
20 slices European Sliced Smoked Back Bacon
20 eggs Soft Poached Eggs
1 scoop Fresh Fruits

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare Inspiration Hollandaise Sauce according to instructions. Set aside
Split the English muffins in half and toast. Butter lightly and place two halves on an ovenproof plate for each portion.
Top each muffin half with 1 piece of pan seared bacon and 1 poached egg.
Nappe with Hollandaise Sauce and brown under broiler or salamander
Garnish with fresh fruits.
