| 20 slices | European Sliced Smoked Back Bacon |
| 20 eggs | Soft Poached Eggs |
| 1 scoop | Fresh Fruits |
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare Inspiration Hollandaise Sauce according to instructions. Set aside
Split the English muffins in half and toast. Butter lightly and place two halves on an ovenproof plate for each portion.
Top each muffin half with 1 piece of pan seared bacon and 1 poached egg.
Nappe with Hollandaise Sauce and brown under broiler or salamander
Garnish with fresh fruits.
