Caribbean Chops

Quantity Description
1 Maple Leaf Portion Control Pork Chop grilled, fried or baked to 165°F
4 oz. Foodservice Grade Jerk sauce
3 slices of canned mango
3 sections of canned mandarin oranges

INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate thawed pork chop in 2 oz. of the Jerk Sauce overnight in refrigerator. Cook Pork Chop as above and reserve to the side. Heat Mango Slices and Orange Sections in 2 oz. of jerk sauce in Sauté Pan. Poor sauce and Fruit over Pork Chop and fan out fruit at front of plate in front of the chop alternating Mango and Orange to create a Pattern.
