Jamaican Jerk Grilled Pork Chops

| 1/4 cup | butter |
| 1/4 cup | dark brown sugar |
| 1/4 cup | dark rum |
| 1/4 cup | pineapple juice |
| Habanero based jerk paste | |
| 2 | Maple Leaf 6oz boneless pork chops |
INSTRUCTIONS
Apply a habanero based jerk paste over both sides of pork chop, for up to 24 hours. Combine glaze ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Boil until syrupy, 7-10 minutes. Place pork chop over medium high grill and brush with glaze.
Cook until desired doneness or until slightly pink. Serve with grilled pineapple and dirty rice.
