
Chicken Alfredo Prima Vera

| 900 ml | Inspiration Alfredo Sauce |
| 150 ml | Olive Oil or good quality Canola Oil |
| 1 kg | Chicken Breasts, boneless, cut in 1/4" cubes |
| 3 | Red Bell Peppers |
| 400 g | Zucchini, diced 1/2" |
| 500 g | Broccoli, cut in small pieces, blanched |
| 150 ml | Green Onions, finely chopped |
| 200 ml | 18% cream |
| 1.3 kg | Fettucini Noodles, cooked and dried |
| 125 ml | Parmesan cheese |
Prepare the Inspiration Alfredo Sauce according to package directions. Keep warm.
In a large sauté pan or Rondo pot, heat the olive oil on high until almost smoking.
Sauté the chicken until 90% cooked. Add the peppers, zucchini and the blanched broccoli.
Add the green onions, Inspiration Sauce and the cream and bring to a rapid boil.
Toss in the pasta and the parmesan cheese and serve in 10 equal portions.
Yield: 20 x 255 mL (9 oz) Portions
