South West Chicken Nachos Supreme

Quantity Description
4 Elmira Poultry Fully Cooked Chicken Breast
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic Bulb
1 tbsp Club House Chili Powder
1 1/2 tsp Club House Ground Cumin
1 pkg Sonora Triangle White Nacho
1/4 cup Sliced Ripe Olives
2 1/2 cups Bright Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Large Tomato, chopped
1/2 cup Select Salsa, Medium
*1/2 cup Santa Fe Mild Guacamole
*1/2 cup Gaylea 14% Sour Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350ºF. In a nonstick skillet combine onion, garlic and diced chicken. Cook over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.

Spray 13x9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Layer one half of chips in pan and top with 1/2 cup cheese, one-half of the chicken mixture, and olives. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot and cheese melts completely.
Top with chopped tomatoes, and serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
