South West Chicken Nachos Supreme

| 1/4 cup | Sliced Ripe Olives |
| 2 1/2 cups | Bright Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese |
| 1/2 cup | Large Tomato, chopped |
| 1/2 cup | Select Salsa, Medium |
| *1/2 cup | Santa Fe Mild Guacamole |
| *1/2 cup | Gaylea 14% Sour Cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350ºF. In a nonstick skillet combine onion, garlic and diced chicken. Cook over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Spray 13x9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Layer one half of chips in pan and top with 1/2 cup cheese, one-half of the chicken mixture, and olives. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot and cheese melts completely.
Top with chopped tomatoes, and serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
