Chicken and Melon Salad

Quantity Description
2lb. + 4oz. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked, thinly sliced
3 cups Honeydew melon, cut into chunks
2 cups KRAFT FREE Raspberry Vinaigrette Fat Free Dressing
15 oz. Mixed baby salad greens
3/4 cup Fresh raspberries
3/4 cup Hazelnuts, toasted, chopped
3/4 cup Goat cheese, crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS

Toss chicken and melon with dressing.

For each serving: Cover serving plate with 1 cup of the salad greens. Top with about 3/4 cup of the chicken mixture and 1 Tbsp. each of the raspberries, hazelnuts and cheese.
