Coconut Chicken Curry Bowl

350 g Heinz True Chicken Coconut Curry Soup
115 g Pulled Rotisserie Chicken
60 g Red pepper strips
115 g Jasmine Rice, cooked
Fresh cilantro, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Empty the pouch of Heinz True Chicken Coconut Curry soup into a soup kettle (or pot) and heat product to a minimum of 185°F within 30 minutes. Scoop 12 oz into a deep bowl, add pulled rotisserie chicken and sliced red peppers, top with one scoop of cooked Jasmine rice in the centre, garnish with fresh cilantro.
