Crispy Baba Ghanouj Artichoke Hearts

1 large jar of artichoke hearts (about 24)
1 x 8 oz Summer Fresh Baba Ghanouj
2 cups breadcrumbs
1-1/2 cups vegetable oil

Roll artichoke hearts in a bowl of Summer Fresh Baba Ghanouj to form a coating. Roll each coated artichoke heart in breadcrumbs on a plate.

Carefully cook coasted & breaded artichoke hearts in vegetable oil in a fry pan at medium heat until golden brown (approx. 2 - 3 minutes each).

Remove from pan and set on paper towel on a plate, or in a casserole dish to allow excess oil to drain from artichoke hearts. Serve warm or cold.

Makes about 24 artichokes. Enjoy!
