Master Platter

Quantity Description
4 oz McCain's Savoury Wedge
2 oz Fresh Spinach (or Romaine)
2 Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
1 Sliced Red Onion, Separated Into Rings
2 tbsp Bunge Canola Oil
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 tsp Red Path Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Club House Curry Powder
dash Club House Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Arrange spinach, mushrooms, and red onion on a dinner plate or platter. Combine oil, vinegar, brown sugar, curry, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling point. Deep fry Savory Diced for 2 minutes. Drizzle hot dressing over the salad. Shake Savory Diced and scatter on the top of the salad.

Serve at once.
