Meatballs with Summer Fresh Bruschetta and Feta
| Quantity | Description |

| 1/2 cup | breadcrumbs |
| 1/4 cup | milk |
| 10.5 oz | lean ground beef |
| 10.5 oz | ground veal |
| 1 | container of Summer Fresh Bruschetta |
| 1/2 cup | feta cheese shredded |
In a bowl add the breadcrumbs and milk. Mix and let stand for 2 mins. Add the ground beef and veal, and mix.
Add the Summer Fresh Bruschetta, and Feta and mix until all is well incorporated.
Form mixture into about 16-20 small balls, and place on non-stick tray.
Bake in a 350°F (180°F) oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
Remove from oven; serve with toothpicks or mini skewers.
