Sirloin Beef Noodle Bowl

4 oz Rice Noodles
8 cups Campbell's® Artisan® Beef Stock
1 Carrot, julienned
1 oz Shitake Mushrooms, sliced
4 oz Baby Corncobs
8oz Sirloin Beef, cut in strips
1 cup Snow Peas
Green Onions, chopped
2 cups Bean Sprouts
1/2 Red Chili Pepper, sliced fine
Lime, wedges to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak noodles in hot water for 15 minutes, set aside.

Reconstitute Artisan® Beef Stock according to package directions. Bring Stock to boil in a large pot and add carrot, mushrooms, corn, and ginger. Reduce heat and simmer for three minutes.

Increase heat to high. Add beef, grained noodles and remaining ingredients except lime. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve with lime wedges.
