
Sirloin Beef Noodle Bowl
| 4 oz | Rice Noodles |
| 8 cups | Campbell's® Artisan® Beef Stock |
| 1 | Carrot, julienned |
| 1 oz | Shitake Mushrooms, sliced |
| 4 oz | Baby Corncobs |
| 8oz | Sirloin Beef, cut in strips |
| 1 cup | Snow Peas |
| Green Onions, chopped | |
| 2 cups | Bean Sprouts |
| 1/2 | Red Chili Pepper, sliced fine |
| Lime, wedges to garnish |
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak noodles in hot water for 15 minutes, set aside.
Reconstitute Artisan® Beef Stock according to package directions. Bring Stock to boil in a large pot and add carrot, mushrooms, corn, and ginger. Reduce heat and simmer for three minutes.
Increase heat to high. Add beef, grained noodles and remaining ingredients except lime. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve with lime wedges.
