Spicy Steak Strip Thai Salad

Quantity Description
4 oz. Spring Mix salad
1 oz. Blanched and refreshed snow peas
1 oz. red pepper strips
4 thinly sliced english cucumber rounds
1 oz. bean sprouts
2 oz. spicy Thai dressing
4 oz. Maple Leaf Steak Strips heated to 160°F

INSTRUCTIONS

On a large dinner plate place the English cucumbers at 12, 3, 6, and 9 0’clock. Toss the Spring Mix, Snow Peas, Red Peppers, Bean Sprouts and Mandarin sections in 1 oz. of the Thai Dressing and Place over cucumber sections on plate. Toss the Steak Strips in the remaining Thai dressing and place on top of the salad staying to the center.
