Italian Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Quantity Description
4 panini breads
6.5 oz Canadian Mozzarella, sliced
1/4 cup grated Canadian parmesan
1/4 cup pesto
2 grilled peppers, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice paninis in halves.

Spread pesto onto each half.

Evenly distribute both cheeses and peppers on four bottom halves, then cover with four top halves.

Heat skillet over medium-low heat.

Cook sandwiches approximately 5 minutes on each side while applying pressure to flatten.

Panini sandwiches are ready when bread is browned and cheese is melted.
