Pineapple Ham Panini
| 3 oz | Piller's sliced Black Forest Ham |
| 3 oz | Canned pineapple slices (cut into pieces) 2 slices |
| 2 oz | Bottled sweet and sour sauce |
| 1 tsp | Honey mustard |
| 1 | Panini roll |
Saute pineapple in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add sweet and sour sauce and simmer for 1 minute longer until mixture thickens. Cool and set aside.
Cut panini roll in half lengthwise. Spread honey mustard on bottom half then top with slices of Piller’s Black Forest Ham and the pineapple mixture. Cover with other half of panini roll and grill on panini press until warmed through.
