Salmon Burger Wrap

Quantity Description
12 portions HighLiner Breaded Capt. Salmon Burger,4oz
1/3 cup Bunge Canola Oil
3/4 cup Kraft Real Mayonnaise
12 Sonora 10" Flour Tortilla
12 leaves Lettuce
36 Tomato, slices
1 1/2 cups Bright Shredded Medium Cheddar

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook Captain Burgers according to package instructions. Cut each portion into 4 slices.

For each wrap, spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise on a tortilla. Top with 1 lettuce leaf, 4 slices of fish, 3 slices of tomato and 2 tbsp cheese. Roll tightly and slice diagonally in half.

Repeat to make 12 wraps.
