Oriental Spiced Salmon In Phyllo Pastry

| 1/4 cup | Soy Sauce |
| 1 tsp | Fresh Ginger, grated |
| 2 tbsp | Wasabi |
| 2 tsp | Windsor Salt |
| 12 | Puff Pastry Sheets |
| 1/2 cup | Butter, clarified |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together soy sauce, fresh ginger and wasabi; blend well.
Place defrosted loins in mixture and marinate for one hour. Drain and dry loins.
Brush one sheet of pastry with clarified butter, fold in half; brush top again with butter and fold in half again. The sheet should now be 7.5cm by 30 cm. Place one loin at the end of pastry sheet and wrap completely, leaving ends open; brush with butter. Repeat with each remaining loin and pastry sheet. Place on parchment lined baking sheet, bake in 400°F oven for 12-15 minutes or until phyllo is well browned and loins are cooked through.
