Kitchener, ON – October 4th, 2021 – Dan Flanagan, currently CEO, is transitioning into the role of Executive Chairman of Flanagan Foodservice Inc. Concurrent with this change, Dan is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Lafrance to the position of President & Chief Executive Officer and to the Board of Directors of the company. This appointment will take effect November 1, 2021.
Mr. Lafrance has held the role of President at Flanagan Foodservice since joining the company in February 2019. In his expanded role as President & Chief Executive officer, Dan will work closely with the board to chart the course for the company’s future, establish corporate goals and develop the plans to meet them. He will be accountable for the performance of Flanagan Foodservice Inc. and its subsidiary companies, including Roseland Produce in Ontario, Capital Foodservice in New Brunswick and F.J. Wadden & Sons in Newfoundland.
