1 lb Ardent Mills Base Cookie Essential
2 oz softened butter
2 oz whole eggs
2 oz corn syrup
1/3 cup (2.8 oz) 35% whipping cream
1/4 cup (2 oz) smooth peanut butter
1 banana, sliced
1/4 cup (2.8 oz) Smucker’s Plate Scraper, Chocolate
1/4 cup (0.5 oz) chopped salted roasted peanuts
1/4 cup (1 oz) broken pretzel pieces
1. Cookie Base: Mix together cookie base, butter, eggs and corn syrup until well combined. Press onto parchment paper–lined 12-inch pizza pan. Bake in 350°F oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until slightly crisp around edges but still soft in center. Let cool on pan for 2 minutes. Transfer to rack; let cool completely.
2. Assembly: Beat cream with peanut butter until light and fluffy. Spread over pizza, leaving thin border all around. Top with sliced banana and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Garnish with peanuts and pretzels. Score into 8 slices before serving.
