Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 Atlantic Salmon Burgers (Flanagan Product # 134786)
- 4 Sesame seed burger buns
- Spring lettuce
- Tomato, sliced
- Cucumber, sliced
- Pre-sliced cheddar cheese
- Microgreens
Cool Cucumber Dressing Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. of fresh dill, chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled and grated
- 1 tsp. minced onion, dehydrated
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
- Cook Altantic Salmon Burgers on oiled grill pre-heated to medium/high heat for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway
- In a bolw, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill, cucumber, minced onion, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Set aside
- Place burger on sesame seed bun and top with lettuce, cheese, microgreens, cucumber, tomato and dressing
- Serve with a side of fries, onion rings or salad
