Oil for frying
1/2 cup green onion, sliced
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Hot Honey Gochujang Sauce Ingredients:

2 cups hot honey
1 cup gochujang korean chili paste
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

Cook Nikolaos Par Fried Pub Style wings until fully heated, crispy and golden brown. Ensure wings reach an internal temperature of 165 F
In a saucepan, combine hot honey, gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. Simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened
Place hot, crispy wings in a large mixing bowl. Add hot honey gochujang glaze and toss until wings are evenly coated
Transfer wings to a serving dish and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve with extra glaze or dipping sauce
