Hot Honey Pepperoni Flatbread

 

 

Hot Honey pepperoni flatbread recipe for foodservice

 

 

Crispy flatbread layered with zesty tomato sauce, melty mozzarella, and savoury pepperoni, finished with a drizzle of sweet, spicy hot honey for the perfect balance of heat and indulgence.

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • Oval Flatbread (125876)
  • 2oz pizza sauce (445416)
  • 4oz easy melt mozzarella (207554)
  • 2oz cup and char pepperoni (182333)
  • 0.5oz Mike's Hot Honey (358743)
  • 1 tbsp parmesan asiago romano blend (207502)

 

Directions:

 

  • Lay one 13x5 oval flatbread on a parchment lined tray or pizza screen
  • Spread 2oz of pizza sauce evenly over the surface, leaving a small border around the edge
  • Top with 4oz of easy melt mozzarella, making sure the cheese is evenly distributed from end to end
  • Place 2oz of cup and char pepperoni evenly across the flatbread
  • Bake in a hot oven until the cheese is melted, the edges are crisp and the pepperoni begins to char and cup
  • Remove from the oven and finish immediately with 0.5oz of Mike's Hot Honey drizzled evenly over the top
  • Sprinkle with 1 tbsp of parmesan asiago romano blend
  • Slice and serve hot
