* File Delivery Method Please choose carefully, as file delivery will have an impact on the customer experience. With FTP, some software will upload the files directly. With Email, a person will need to upload the files manually to the software. Email also adds unnecessary maintenance when that person no longer works with the customer.

If the customer software does not support SFTP, please provide the transfer options it supports.
